School starts up again at St. Thomas Aquinas Seminary on September 8th, but it isn’t the hustle and bustle usually associated with ‘back to school’ days. The first week or so consists of Recollection, silence, conferences, a five-day retreat for the first year students, and Manualia (manual labor) for the older seminarians. It’s only after all of these things are completed that classes may begin.
